Obama's Small Donors Outraise McCain

In addition to McCain being less popular in France than fascism, here is another interesting fact from the campaign trail. According to Open Secrets, as of June 30th, Barack Obama has raised more money from small donors giving less than $200, than John McCain has raised overall:

Barack Obama Total Raised: $339,216,317.
Obama's percentage of funds raised from small donors: 47%
Total Obama fundraising from small donors: $157.7M to $160.8M.
John McCain total raised: $145,466,201

Given that Obama has another 151,868 donors who gave more than $200, even if Obama restricted his fundraising entirely to small donors, he would still be outraising McCain by about $45 million.

Thought that was worth passing along.

An Obama Presidency, Pelosi Congress, and Reid Senate are far more dangerous than McCain, Pelosi, Reid. Maybe the separation of powers will carry through the perfidy of this pile of blue crap.
